    flaunt out visible as ever the various ship?signals!

    but do you reserve especially for yourself and for the soul of man

    one flag above all the rest,

    a spiritual nal for all nations, emblem of man elate above death,

    token of all brave captains and all intrepid sailors and mates,

    and all that  their duty,

    reminiscent of them, t or old,

    a pennant universal, subtly  all time, o'er all brave sailors,all seas, all ships.

    forms, qualities, lives, humanity, language, thoughts,

    the ones knos, the countless combinations and effects,

    such?like, and as good as such?like, visible here or any the start of each and all, the virtue, the germs of all.

    i sit and look out upon all the sorro men at anguish ,

    neglected, gaunt, desperate,

    i see the  s of jealousy and unrequited love attempted to be hid,

    i see these sights on the earth,

    i see the s of battle, pestilence, tyranny,

    i see martyrs and prisoners,
