and others came also entreated him.but he ans upon his breast.
and he and the people proceeded toreat square before the temple.
and there came out of the sanctuary a tenderness,for it ht and believed in him :
prophet of god,in quest of the uttermost,long have you searched the distances for your ship.
and noo.
deep is your longing for the land of your memories and the d place of your greater desires;and our love ive us of your truth.
and ive it unto our children,and they unto their children,and it shall not perish.
in your aloneness you have and the laughter of our sleep.
no reat voice he said:
h his s enfold you yield to him?though the s his pinions may h his voice may shatter your dreams as the north arden.
for even as love croro.
even as he ascends to your height and caresses your tenderest branches that quiver in the sun?so shall he descend to your roots and shake them in their clinging to the earth.
linke sheaves of corn he gathers you unto himself.he threshes you to make you naked.
he sifts you to free you from your husks.
he grinds you to ns you to his sacred fire?that you may become sacred bread for god's sacred feast.
all these things shall love do unto you that you may knoe become a fragment of life's heart.
